Cascade Builds was founded in 2008 by Marcus Webb, a fourth-generation carpenter from Shoreline who watched too many Seattle homeowners get burned by out-of-town contractors with low bids and no follow-through.
Marcus started Cascade Builds with one truck, one crew, and one rule: treat every client's home like you'd treat your own. That rule hasn't changed. Today, Cascade Builds is a 22-person operation covering the greater Seattle metro — but Marcus still walks every job site weekly and personally signs off on every final walkthrough.
We've built our reputation project by project, neighborhood by neighborhood, referral by referral. Over 70% of our new business comes from past clients and the neighbors who saw our job signs.
